Refund policy

Orders placed before 1.00pm will be despatched that day on a next day service (Monday to Friday).Please note whilst next day is our standard service, we cannot guarantee this.

We cannot offer a refund on carriage charges when next day delivery is unsuccessful. Orders over £100.00 will be shipped carriage free of charge. For orders under £100.00 a carriage charge of £8.95 will apply.

Orders can be returned within 14 days for a refund.

Please note packaging must be pristine and goods intact to qualify for refund. 

All refunds will be less an £8.95 outward carriage charge, even if the original order was shipped with free delivery. If you require us to collect goods for refund, an additional £8.95 will be charged for return carriage.
